For optimal performance and safety, we recommend not exceeding the weight limit specified for each Electric Scooter. Usage beyond the weight limit can be hazardous, void the warranty, and cause increased wear and tear on components.
Battery Maintenance: How can I prolong the battery life?
To maximize the lifespan of your Lith-Ion Battery, we recommend keeping it charged above 80% whenever possible.
Battery Inclusion: Are batteries included?
Yes, all Electric Scooters and Electric Bikes come equipped with batteries. Additional batteries are available upon request.
Assembly: Does my Electric Scooter require assembly?
No, your Electric Scooter will be delivered fully assembled. Only minimal screw installation is required, and tools and an easy-to-use guide will be provided in the box.

Yes, we offer affordable 0% interest payment plans through our partnerships with Klarna and PayPal Credit. Simply select Klarna/PayPal at checkout and follow the steps on their website to apply.
